Free delivery for orders over £25
I went into half's one day for some odds n sods, but they didn't have one item in stock (an oil filter I think), the man said would I like to order it and it'll be here in an hour. I said no, I'll nip round the corner to eurofarts and get it there. Oh ses he, that's where we would get it from if we haven't got stock :rolleyes:.

I have a purpose built pipe bender that I have only used a couple of times. Only works with thickwalled tube. Wasn't expensive.
This one. But it's doubled in price since i bought mine!

No good for stuff like exhaust though unless you fill the pipe with sand or wood resin or ice or summat. I used sand, but it is a bit fiddly.
:rolleyes::(

I never have to re-thread mine 'cos I always leave the last metre or so of the one I am taking off and then just knot the new one to that bit and gently pull it through until the knot reaches the needle - then you will cut the old one away and just thread the needle with the new thread. :)
I was hoping that summat like that might work!
I'll pass the message on!
Cheers DD!!:):):)

It is threaded at the mo, then I can take pictures, or W can. ;)
When buying an overlocker it is normal practice to leave some of the last used thread in the machine for the reason I have already posted. Whatever you do, do not be tempted to get rid of the original thead until you have re-threaded with your own choice. :)

I’d quite like to find an complete instrument panel :)
For some reason which I could never quite fathom, we had most of the interior of a Lancaster cockpit in the ATC hut when I was a cadet. At least the pilot's side.
Along with the converted Martini-Henry's we fired on the range. (.22) without realising it we were surrounded by antiques. even our uniform shirts had detached collars. (Flipping uncomfortable.) All drill carried out with DP .303s.
i was amazed to discover that of all the Spitfires in the Duxford collection only one, a Mk1, can be flown.:(

I already passed the message on and W is truly grateful.:):):):)
