...that I was suitably empathetic with the poor ladies that take all the flak from us public this morning and as a result I will have a Dr. call me tomorrow to discuss my current problem.
Result? I think so. It should lead to a "hands on" appointment because there's nothing they can say to get out of it really or they would be failing in their duty of care towards me.

Sorry to hear it. Don't let it put you off, they have to fix it and it will thereafter still be under warranty for some time.

It’s not their fault, I always remind myself that the person on the help desk/phone line is not the “cause” and are only doing their job, I have had a few upgrades on flights cos I was the only nice guy in a long queue
.But hope you get seen, I don’t understand what the problems are as have been out of the system for so long.

Oh and i asked for a gearbox oil and filter change, no evidence to say it's ever been done.. he was complaining about that too, hope he hasn't put dextron3 in it
