Not me. Urny knows who eye is.https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-63430884
Ooops! @Hippo et al, wonder if any on here have done this!
Odds ov winning are 24k to 1, per bondNever had any premium bonds.
I remember my ma once complaining to them after having had a few and never winning anything at all over years. She thought there was supposed to be some sort of guarantee that all bonds would win at least something at least once. I.e. that the random number thing, ERNIE, was true. She got no change out of them.
When doing my Dad's probate I found he had a few bonds too and had had them for about 50 years. I rang them up and sho nuff, he'd never won feck all neither.
So don't think I'll be getting any soon!!
Thats all wrong. There's millions of bonds. There's no chance every number will be picked in an average that wide. Its luck of winning. Newer issued bonds look like they win more often but its down to more peeps buying larger amounts in later years. Peeps down saff win more often as theres more bonds held down there.Cos if it is truely random it should eventually generate all the numbers it possibly can.
"Random numbers explained
For a number in a sequence or distribution to be truly random, it must be independent. The independence of numbers means there is no correlation between successive numbers. In addition, these numbers should occur in the distribution with approximately the same frequency."
From https://www.techtarget.com/whatis/definition/random-numbers#:~:text=A random number occurs in,on past or present ones.
So, given time, all the numbers in the distribution should get at least one hit.
The limitation is the number of times the wheel is spun as it were and the number of numbers in the distribution, which is kinda the same thing said in a different way.
Ernie could be bust or not being switched on often enough!!!
Think of monkeys, typewriters and Shakespeare.
I'm not so sure. Bearing in mind the crisis we are facing on the price of leccy and the potential power cuts, I think diesel n petrol still have a future. And the demand for leccy cars will fall.I'm still not sure on the future of issuing satan's blood as fool.. prices will keep going up, along with road tax

No they are not, remind me how they actually mine the minerals.Leccy cars are without doubt not the environmentally friendly saviour that it portrayed
Leccy car batteries are made from horrible stuff which the UK doesn't have any of, and it can't be recycled so has to go to landfill when the batteries die. And I bet they ain't cheap to replace after a few short years of use. Guvmints will inevitably review their carbon free goals and strategies when they eventually realise who they rely on for supplies. The current COP summit will be another load of buzz words and bollickz. Why has Charlie been told not to go????No they are not, remind me how they actually mine the minerals.

I think they should be in carparks, provides shelter for Cars and generates powerThere must be hundreds of millions of acres of industrial and retail unit roofs that could be used for solar panels. Instead of putting them on farmland.
The guvmint don't want him there being Mr Super Save the Planet, while the guvmint downgrades its green policies.Because he doesn't surf.
Probably afraid of him speaking the truth...
Yerbut cars don't need shelter.I think they should be in carparks, provides shelter for Cars and generates power
Oh, hang on a minute, Landies need shelterYerbut cars don't need shelter.
Think in the summer when you get in the car and everything is hot as baws its nicer getting into a car that's been in shade than the sun. Or if it's pishing down it's nice to be able to get out get sorted under shelter.Oh, hang on a minute, Landies need shelter
