That is rather poor but you can't force people to work for the postal service. One of the drawbacks of being remote
I think it’s more the way they are treated by head office. No overtime and if they don’t get the mail until lunchtime due to weather or the ferries broked they work till they finish which can be 8pm for nothing. No posties can come here to work as there’s no affordable accommodation
