Honestly though, I do sympathise. Having comically flat feet I gets plantar fascitis and have bunions too.

I think I have bunions probably caused by years of playing ice hockey, when I worked in the rinks
as the ice technician I used to skate 90 hours a week. Amazing having a rink to yourself & my mates
helping themselves to the bar contents & someone in the Dj box firing out tunes haha
Even took my bmw 316 on for a blast yer it was cr@p lol

My mates wife got gout a couple of years ago & she is 30 had to walk with sticks of the walking kind.
Mega sore so im told.
