Welcome
to me getting drunk on what would have been my 33 wedding anniversary ...

apologies for bad post and spelling in the coming hours of melancholy ... :(
Awww!
Dunno how to react to this other than to say, pleasant memories mucked up I assume with very sad ones.
You have a bevvy or two and don't mind us!
All the very best Dips!
Stan.;)

How deep?

J
Very! I can't remember the exact depth but went something like this -
''we got good water supply down at 25 metres but felt it could be even better further down so we went down to 43 metres and this would ensure a sustained supply if others decide to do the same in the future''.
A nice little earner for them as we had to pay by the metre!

"pele" with a circumflex accent on the first "e" is a Digger, JCB type thing or one with tracks and a little bulldozer blade! In Frogspeak!:):):)

We got 1 of them, they call them “baggers” here. Although not sure they can get down deep enough. Ours wouldn’t, but would make a good start:).

Seen a vid earlier of a lorry that lost his load of milk what an udder failure. :D

Thinking of blanking mine off, always had older vehicles that didn't notice but I think my 2000 2,2 tranny will spit its dummy out if I mess with it

Think the mk6 is different as it doesnt have a sensor on it like the mk7 iirc you just pull the vacuum pipe
off & blank the pipe. Some google time is required to be sure.

....that I have fixed Wifey's car!!!!!:):):):):)
Whooooooooppppeeeeeeee!
Twas either the coil pack or a plug or two.
I measured the resistance of the plugs and they all seemed OK, so I am leaning in favour of it being the coil pack.
So nice to hear it rev up sweet as a nut.:):)
Then used my Foxwell to switch the MIL off!
Anyway W is quite pleased.;)
Still can't get over being able to fix anything that needs a diagnostic to tell me what it is. I feel like a person from a 3rd world country looking at television for the first time.
Although this one was far more like old skool mechanicking than the O2 sensor I fixed over here two years ago.;)
Also got rid of all the ivy that grows where we don't want it while leaving it where we do.:)
And went down the road cutting back the tree branches that rub on "our" telephone wire. even the one that comes from the new neighbour's land, as they weren't there this a.m. hee hee hee!!!:D:D:D
But the signal still ain't very good so I got Orange to check and they agree, well their automatic line testing fing on the website agrees. They asked my advice? So I told them to get someone to cut the trees back.;)
Enjoy the rest of the day folks!:):):)

Well done that man. :):):):):):):)

We have underground springs (well I suppose most springs are underground) all over the place. The most annoying one being in the corner of the parking area out front.
We have one neighbour not connected to the mains water at all, he uses his spring for everything except drinking and cooking for which he buys bottled water.
When they dug the hole for our pool they found 5 springs which floated the pool 1 metre away. So they decided to reposition it, which left us with quite a bit more groundwork to do!
So I'd imagine you'd find it all year round provided you dug deep enough.
I'd deffo go for it!!!:):):)

Were the springs off your old motors.:D

You remember all the good bits dips and forget any bad-uns. No appolly-lodgies required.
Be at peace and remember that any melancholy or lachrymose moments are in fact a celebration of the joy and the love you felt for the one you are missing.
Best wishes. :)
