Glad to hear it!!!!!...I am happy to say that rumours of my death are much exaggerated.
I was taken to the 'orspital in n'amubalnce and given a thorough drubbing, and they have let me go again.
Back home for my braising steak dinner.... Hurrah!
Prodded, poked, X-rayed, bled & blood tested.
No troponin in the blood = No heart-attack.
Chest X-ray clear.
Not got an explanation for the "pains" but am being referred to a Cardiologist for future diagnosis.
All in all a good result. Wifey is concerned that its a "nil-result" with no clear conclusion.
Me? I'm happy that its just a pain in my chest on exertion.
Feckin hot here again.
Just doing the final sort out of the apples and the empty bottles before taking them to be made into juice tomoz.
We have 72 litre bots but I don't think that'll be enough. That would give us easily enough juice for a year, so i think we'll have excess this time.
Just been going through our energy bills to prepare for the hit in October.
Last year we seemed to use far more electricity than we should have when we were away.
I worked out why and corrected the situation when we left in April.
Then we came back for two weeks and since then the fecker has gone back up again!
Have a horrible feeling we must have left the immersion on, which we only ever put on normally for a couple of hours until the gas CH comes back on. So I might have done it back in May. The trouble is, if you don't normally ever put it on, you forget about it the one time you put it on. And yes we are only looking at consumption, not cost.
Dottir will be going in to have a look. If it ain't that then God knows......
It can't be a leak to earth as the bills show a massive reduction for the 1 1/2 months between going away and going back for the wedding.

Has decided to ride more an save on fool. Checked it over earlier an the front brake switch is fooked, bastid. Sick squid oft bay of fleas for a newun, delivered. How is that possible? One from the states was a dollar eighty!
Is that a snack for later? What you don't want on your dashboard.
We looked into all this deeply, believe me and no, it isn't like that. If you want to spend 180 days in the EU you have to get a 180 day, long-stay, tourist Schengen visa. We had to do this.Been thinking about the 90/180 day rule for EU since b****t...
Go for a day trip to Calais.. your 180 rolling time period starts.. on day 91, go back to your EU destination and you can spend your remaining 89 days and you 180 day period resets, meaning you've got another 90 days to spend in the EU if you wish, a total of 179 days in one go, should you wish before you have to come back to Blighty
You can't back to back your 2 lots of 90 days thenWe looked into all this deeply, believe me and no, it isn't like that. If you want to spend 180 days in the EU you have to get a 180 day, long-stay, tourist Schengen visa. We had to do this.
If you do 90 days on an ornery passport you can't go back in until 90 more days are up. If you do 180 days, you are overstaying and could get your passport stamped as having spent time there as an illegal alien or summat.
This explains it.
