She showed me the stupid pile of clothes in vacuum bags I have to put into the Disco along with all the usual junk.
she is actually proud "how little there is" ffs!
And in two months time we'll be back again.

While i'm thinking "tools, printer, pooter, briefcases of stuff for both countries (as we don't want a burglar doing identity theft on us) " Cos of course I've gotta get on wiv the DIY over there to escape beheading, and if I left a printer over there it wouldn't be working when I got there, after 6 months at standstill.
Plus three dogs.

Anyway, i might actooooly get the new head unit in.

Lovely drying day and all my washing done during the week, what a waste :)
Fixed head gaskets on the bike yesterday, left cylinder had no gasket at all and right cylinder had two, bike only done 1800 miles so I suspect that happened at the factory :rolleyes:
I'll be filling the air with two stroke again today while it's nice :p

How available is LPG near you?
If it is regular and easy to get, you could consider a little tank, maybe?
Or go the whole enchilada and have a smaller petrol tank and other LPG tanks underneath.
Dunno how easy it is to do but i have it on my Disco 1.
Yes, i know it costs. Depends on how long you think you'll keep it.:(

My last Rangie (T Reg 4.6 Auto) was LPG'd but sadly round here LPG is getting to be like rocking-horse manure.
I only do 1,000 a year so a conversion just does not cost in. :(

Similar round here. nowhere in Poole Bournemuff seems to do it.
Ringwood is nearest and that is still a bit of a trek.
But yes, I bought my D1 with it on more or less to buy a fitted lpg kit, the Disco came free!
I did, and still do, intend to take it to France where it is still relatively cheap and betyter supported byt their govt.
They seem not to have forgotten it is better for the environment, unlike this lot.

I have a tank plus the full kit to drop in :D it will be done once I have the 90 back on the road. I can't be without a vehicle so one at a time ;)
 
Wow thanks to another thread I have discovered that Street view went up our road in France for the first time!
So I can actually see our place as it really looks now!

I have NO idea what you are on about.
I took a screen dump from Google maps, put it into a Word document to turn it into a "picture" then modified it in IPE to crop any indications of where it is. So what did you do?
What the feck is "milsat" military satellite?
And which place are you talking about?

"What 3 words" is an app where they say they can determine a location by you telling them what 3 words you would use to describe its location.
