.. that I probably don't need any other thread now I've found this one, as there's no other category that fits the stuff I want to say anyway. So I was going to tell people that I've done a prototype of a pillar handle by cutting up an old belt up as I don't like the aluminium ones for near 50 quid. It works as well. Cap washers and two self tappers 1/4 longer than ones that come out.View attachment 164271

done the cable sidethe trim holes have tube sticks at the back that butt to the hole so you can't screw through it. I think that's why my sterring column must be bent, people using wheel to get in???@Mackers
That's what the steering wheel is for? Have you had them steps fitted yet?
Hope you have checked behind that plastic trim. 1 side has cables & the other rear wash wipe pipe
yeah. made a big difference. It was the posh tube ones that were gonna need modification. I like the folding ones the best anywaysteps fitted yet?
