Wifey and I just a bit peed off.
It is obvious Oakfurnitureland still haven't reimbursed us for the rubbish box they tried to fob us off with.
It also dawned on us, after I sent them an email saying they had till the end of next week to send us the money or they'd be in the Small claims court, that when they picked the box up, despite my asking them, they didn't give us a receipt. Nor do we have any other evidence they picked it up.
:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Wifey bought and positioned a CCTV camera ages ago, when the sh!te neighbours were playing up, but she has never got it organised to record anything.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
So it'll be down to the balance of probabilities. Is it probable that we would have paid for the box, waited months for it to arrive, photographed the faulty workmanship, claimed they reimburse us, while hanging on to the box and refusing to give it back to them? Or would they have picked it up then refused all knowledge of having done so.
And no, they were very careful to only email us about the proof of faulty workmanship and paperwork attached to the box. Not that they wanted it back on such and such a date, nor that they would be reimbursing us. All was done over the phone. Although I did email them about it all including sending pics.
HATE this sh!t.
You'll remember I said at the beginning it'd end up in court.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Rant over!
Hope everyone had a nice NYD.
We did, until, we thought about all this.:rolleyes:
Sleep tite folks!!!:):):)

Ring em up. Be calm, and ask them for an update on the return as you int gorra refund after it was collected a month+ ago. Ask if there is a problem. It could simply be someone int ticked a box to say it was returned, which triggers the refund.
