Notice it runs at 70mph. Why do they set that figure? My old car was the same, but it was never possible to maintain 70+ for 20-30 mins, not even on the motorway
Me FL2 will regenerate at 37mph or above. Depends on the cars design. It just needs the engine and exhaust to be warm. It has a post injection option that puts diesel into the exhaust gas to make the exhaust hotter, for the regen process. At 45mph it will do a partial regen in 3.5 miles. At 50mph is will do a full regen in 9 miles. Dun't need to be at 70mph. The last vid eye put up was at 50mph. That was a regen triggered by the dpf being full. Today's vid triggers a regen when it goes past 1200 withoot doing a full regen. It can do several partials but wants a full one at least every 1200km. Traffic was busy so eye had ter keep up wiv em. Hence filming at 70mph.Notice it runs at 70mph. Why do they set that figure? My old car was the same, but it was never possible to maintain 70+ for 20-30 mins, not even on the motorway

I think at 70mph the air pressure actually keeps the doors on
