Those foreign trucks get everywhere.Bloody Dafs are coming up
DONT!I got side tracked from my 'to-do' list today when I found yet another huge storage box full of ....... 'might be useful in the future but never is' junk! So, does anyone, or know of anyone, who collects Corgi little model cars? I have got two still in their boxes ( which are very bashed up) from 1985 I think. They where collected as freebies given away when one bought a certain amount of petrol.
1. Is a Jaguar XJ-6 in British Racing green. As new and never played with - still in bashed box.
2. Is a BP Ford Wrecker Truck - yellow and still as new with the hook but the box is bashed up.
FREE to good home although postage cost would be appreciated.
Oh my gosh! Where does he stick his finger in?I have to do mine due to my meningioma, so since I was 59. and the worse thing is it comes up now, again due to Covid, in the middle of the summer when we are abroad. AND it depends on my neurobod pulling his finger out.
Pre Covid I managed to get them organised to do it in the winter.
There’s nothing like a failed hill climb, the excitement of not being able to see where you are steering as you slither backwards with 4wd and diff lock buttons pushed while all four wheels are trying to dig in and get a grip
I had a slide once with a brand new 80 grand manitou, I cant remember what I was doing
but as I was going down the new slipway the I felt it starting to slide oh feck, I touched the brakes
they locked up and off it went faster gaining speed as it went
me in the cab NOooooooo no no no no ffs no no nooooooo roughly 60ft it slid
as I pumped the brakes like an abs pump & putting the boom down & tilt the forks ready to push
it backwards out the drink it stopped just at the end of the slipway before it dropped off the end haha
Nearly had a major trooser incident
Afternoon folks.
Well that's another days work done, ish.
Its gonna be a homemade soup and fresh homemade bread at tea time. So now have to sit and be teased by the smell of bread baking.
Its cold but still no white stuff on the ground although can see a little on the hills, the fire has been getting lit earlier last couple of days.
Thinking of doing some online shopping, Now where's that list of "I need".
J
You would have if the wheels had just rubbed off of the end ...
Oh my gosh! Where does he stick his finger in?
Good finkin. Eye will do that to my loft atch anorl.Sun blazing through me windows this morning so had to give them a clean (to a basic standard) as the glare was showing up all the muck and bird strikes. Then did an insulation job on me loft hatch, it is a larger than normal sheet of painted plywood to which I have added three layers of carpet underlay to the top surface. Been meaning to do that for a long while as its directly above a radiator. Should keep a few degrees from escaping and help solve the planets global warming problem.
The problem is he DOESN'T stick his finger into his pile of paperwork. He delayed my licence by a month and a half by not replying to the DVLA's request to tell them whether I should carry on driving.Oh my gosh! Where does he stick his finger in?
Oh mighty me the smell of home made bread mmmmm am a zing
Is that scottiysh for "I've got a hardon?"mmmmm am a zing
I'm gonna have to add a sheet of hardboard to protect the underlay insulation as it can now touch the loft ladder if I push it up too high before sliding it out of the way.Good finkin. Eye will do that to my loft atch anorl.
Is that scottiysh for "I've got a hardon?"
Still Erect, just put equaliser2 on - I love a dark skinned guy who knows how to handle himself and sort out others mmmmmm /QUOTE]
