Drive down the motor way with the windows open to get rid of the powder.
Yer can try to hose it out but it will probably start to stick more.
Yer could try vacuum cleaning it. Yer I know it goes against the rufty tufty image of yer modern cosmopolitan reading tratterer but sometimes things like this has to be done.
Dry powder is corrosive if I remembers correctly
