Evening folks
Another bright day here so no fire tonight.
Spoke with Mum & Dad last night Bruv on palliative care now but has ordered a new VW electric car delivery April another date for him to be around for.
Agent called last week 1 of the tenants handed in her notice, put it back on the market and have a queue and 1 willing to pay the top rent price(80 more than present 50 more than the lowest of the range). Seems to be a shortage of good rentals around, Not gonna complain.
Went and did of the mad axeman and chopped a bit of last years unchopped wood lovely it is too that should burn well.
Hump day for the workers 2 more too do.

You could still ask him to clean up and if he refuses get a company in to do it and send him the bill. Take a load of pics of the state of affairs before you do this, and a fillum of him cutting the tiles ont roof if it ain't too late.
If he still won't pay the bill you could take him to the Small claims track but only if the bill is over £100, which it might not be.
Depends on how you get on wiv your neighbour. If you get on well he might tell them to clean up their mess before he will pay em. But I doubt he'll be that altruistic, unless he's a really decent bloke.
Sadly typical of neighbour problems.
Maybe after all the jetwash method is the best!!!

Just a thought, they must do this everywhere they work.
How sh!t is that!
They need to get a bad rep on Faceache etc so that they lose business over this sort of thing.
Bet they are on Checkatrade as being good!
