Yes. There's quite a bit of discussion online about it between Henry fans. Short story is the regs were changed to limit power use as some oovers were gerrin silly in power consumption. Good idea to save energy. The newer model has the same sucking power as the old one, but uses less energy to do it.Are they as powerful now as the old ones used to be?
Tis sad news. Edgar will be deverstaytid.Hope you get it sorted soon.
Gorra link to it?Our Sricam is silent, I think, only makes a noise when you move its head round.
And being a pooter bod you'll be able to make it work. Unlike us!
Could anyone please recommend the best jump leads for a car please?
Nothing to expensive but ones that will do the job effectively - thank you
I take all this on board.Yes. There's quite a bit of discussion online about it between Henry fans. Both of mine are the new type and can keep up wiv me router sucking the saw dust up via me filter bucket.
One of these, but they are none of them easy to hide. We use ours and make it fairly obvious, to deter our sh!t neighbours from doing stuff to our frontage.Gorra link to it?
Reason for wanting a silent recorder is so it can be hidden and not found. Police said its great to have cctv but often peeps don't hide it well enuff so the feef's take it anorl.
Its for my daughters ford focus, i have just had a look on Halfords site and ordered a set. Reasonably priced as well - cheers. What size engine?
We have a couple of sets cos theres a diff between trying to jump a 2.0l and a 6.3L
Got ours from Halfords they have a big selection.

Wot a dick! Imagine if you wern't there to help?
There's a special henry for pet hairs. Some have it added assa feeture anorl. There is also the airo brush which has a spinning roller innit. Roller spins when henry sucks.I take all this on board.
One other thing about hoovers that has been annoying is our one in France.
We left and gave a handyman we know keys so he could get in and wallpaper the stairs and hall. A heck of a job we could not even really see how to do as the stairwell is 5 metres high at the beginning and it is a typical French staircase, i.e spiral.
We discussed how he'd do it and he said he'd sand down the plaster bits, where the PB joined, then paint then wallpaper.
He did a really good job and we are very pleased.
Then when we came to use the hoover (Hoover, cylinder type) it nearly burst into flames. He had used it to hoover up plaster dust.
I took it apart and tried to clean all the dust out and clean the burnt stuff off the commutator, twice or three times, but the end with the fan, there is a nut which I could not fathom out how to undo, as there seems to be no way of blocking the spindle. Searched tinternet you tube etc. no luck. they all seemed to have a way of doing it that wasn't applicable to mine or plain didn't work.
Only way I think I could do it would be to buy a spare fan and murder the existing fan while taking the nut off. I tired holding the commutator with a gator grip through the housing etc etc. Nowt worked.
No nut on the other end at all.
Wifey went mad and even though it only smells a bit now and runs at nearly full speed she still want to buy " a new one"
For Fecks sake, we have one small rug, which I clean and apart form that she uses it to suck the air out of vacuum bags when doing the packing of her clothes, so once a year.
You and others use the term "handball". I know exactly what you mean by it altho a bloke I know who owned his own road transport company until it got nationalised back in what the 50s? 1948, just found out, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Act_1947Just helped the woman next door to unload a tonne of compressed wood chip blocks for burning
nob heads turned up with a vehicle with no tail lift apparently they can only lift 600kg
Me = smart ar$e its not lifting its going down the chap laughed but wasnt keen to try it lol
So handball it was.
I'll have to try and convince her But I doubt she'll wear that!
Yep we've got those spinning roller things for all our hoovers as we always buy the "animal" version. they worked quite well for the other dogs, just not for this partickler white dog. Funnily it was the turbo bit I was "servicing" yessdi. Found I had to use a pencil to lube the spindle. There's a special henry for pet hairs. Some have it added assa feeture anorl.
