Me last 3 pie's were eatid last niteOh dear, that sucks. The time has to be "reasonable" if not they has to give you a replacement.
But then you know that I'm sure.
This happened with our induction hob. John Lewis ended up giving us a new one, they couldn't get the old one repaired even though it was brand new.

Morning all....been running about daft this morning fire was out so that was the first job
after cleaning it then the water feed for the dish washer decided to bust
kitchen was a bit wet.

Not a bad day here, not raining and not cold either.
I am sorry to say that although we usually have a splendidly well-dressed tree every Xmas, herself is just not inclined to go to all the trouble this year.
A sign of ageing? or just that it is so much trouble trying to please people we don't need to please?

It ses on their web site they collect faulty goods at their eggspense. Am surprised yer din't ask ferra nuvver one, assuming they still have em available.Just heard they will be picking up the blanket box on the 15th, full refund including the cost of transport "in view of all the trouble you've had", altho strictly speaking they didn't have to spring for that, so it was worth pushing!
