That sort of stuff looks like arc welding, which i CAN do, in fact I am better at arc than MIG bizarrely, so where do you get the stuff from?They were made by a local blacksmith previously & yup they were a fortune.
You can buy all the swirls & bends ect & weld them all up yourself (if you can weld)??
Then get them powder coated or galvanized.
i.e. to stop mad feckers jumping off! But we have a low balcony, less than a metre, downstairs that I have been trying for ages to think what to do about. In the UK it would be illegal not to have it railed off, but as it is just under a metre we get away with it. The big problem is that almost anything we think off would spoil the view.

neebs were out looking probably thinking wtf is he up to now.
My trailer needs a bit of tlc as I managed to rip the front axle off ooopps
