Sunny here yet again!:)
Dog gone to vets. Told them we didn't want the frills, they just this sec rang to say she is fine, it was a fatty lump which came out really easily, so I'll be picking her up at 4 p.m. Result.:):):).
(Now for the bill!:mad::mad::mad:)
Money well spent I suppose:rolleyes:.) Love the dogs, really, just wish it had happened in Frogland!
Could it not have waited till then, or was the dog in distress? Still, its done, no point dwelling on it I suppose. :)

Best of luck with all this mate!:):):)
Thanks :)
This second session was another "crack" at the neck joints, and also some work on the spine lower down.
Disconcerting when you hear/feel the "pop" internally (especially the neck) :eek: But it seems to be working.
I will finish this initial phase and then see about getting myself back to the Gym. :)

We were sorely tempted, but if it grew like feck and it did seem to come from nowhere as neither of the two Frog vets who saw her before we came back noticed it, AND we don't know when we are going to be able to go back over, but not before April, we gritted out teeth and just got it done.:rolleyes:
She wasn't in distress but had started thinking about licking it, and she has such a bad habit there she wears a cone/collar a lot, and she hates that too. Hammer and anvil really.;)

When you don't know what the lump was and how serious it could have become if left, then the only course of action in my mind is to act quickly and hope for a good outcome. :)
On examination the vet was 99% sure it was a fatty lump, and so it has turned out to be. If it had been attached to a nipple or summat we'd have taken it a lot more seriously. And acted without even thinking of putting it off.

Got started on the window job. The old frame was supporting several roof trusses, which I beefed up last year so that the trusses were supported by the brick piers at each end. The top of the window frame had sagged half an inch in the centre as it was rotting away :eek:. Got the new reveal timbers cut to length this morning, will clagg a bit of primer on them this afternoon.

Well the dog has a lump cos after the op she had a "bleed" and it is forming a lump as it clots.
"Would I be happy to take her as she is as the lump witll prolly go down in about 2 weeks?"
"No I feckin will not, the op has not been properly completed as you have failed to cauterise all the bleeds, kindly go back in and sort it out"
"Well that is what we wanted to discuss with you, so you'll be happy if we do that then?"
"Yes, and is this going to cost me yet more money?"
"No"
"Good, then please just get on with it."

FFS!
So dog hopefully back this evening or maybe tomoz.

I was slightly more polite but clearly not happy.
Words fail me.:mad::mad::mad:
