Well we got what Wifey wanted from today's auction, and she also saw the stuff that didn't sell so rang the auction rooms to offer £20 on items no one else wanted, so when we go to pick her stuff up we'll have another coupla items to add to her winnings! all good fun!

Getting a wee buzz when you win something is great, I hope she got some great deals. :):):):)

We had a Tesco curry tonight. It's actually my birthday today (despite what my profile may say lol) but because the FiL has to go into hospital on Monday we have to isolate over the weekend.
I have decided to celebrate properly when once we are in the new place :)
Happy Birthday old chap! Many happy returns and all that. :)

Wifey got the Wickes catalogue out tonight as we were discussing where to put the new cupboards with their pull out mesh thingummy whatsits and i couldn't believe the deals we got with it all, the magic corner cupboard for instance that actually manages to use the bit that is normally a right barsteward to get into. Normally over £1K but we got it for well under half of that. It's all a rip off if you can be fecked to make it all from scratch with wood, metal and a bit of welding but if you can't be assed, as I can't, it's a good sketch.
If you really want to revamp your kitchen it's worth waiting to about New Year when everything suddenly comes cheaper. Lots of "end of line" deals.
But the very best is to buy a display kitchen. as long as it isn't too beat up. Or, round here, one from some rich cnut in Sandbanks who is throwing the old one out for no good reason at all except they are rich and bored!!! :):):):):)

Think I'll put a wanted free advert on gumtree Sandbanks for a minted unused kitchen
will deliver to Scotland. Wonder if they can fit it. :D
