Hi mate!Afternoon folks.
Just packed up tools after a bit more work, Nice to say that I was back in shorts and a light raggy shirt & no socks.
well the bloke has put his horses(3) and cows (2) in the fenced area and we had to get the little ****land back in again. He can obviously get out somewhere but then dont have enough smarts to get back.
A bit of advice that a welding glove and rubber crocs are a great defense against the electric fence, But when you lift it to let the ****land back in dont touch the chain around her neck. Yep I got jump started and the ****land wasnt to happy either.
So had to regroup and make it a 2 person job.
Cooling off and getting ready to crack a beer to watch the F1, lets see how nice the kids play this week although they are a fair way away from each other this week.
Enjoy the rest of the day
Are we there yet @derwendolly .

Did an oil service on dottirs focus this morning.
Another two inches should do it (no actresses or bishops were harmed in this post). Any road up, job done and beer is served
Hi mate!
Are you sorted out for your trip back to Blighty yet?
Just saying as yessdi we used the PCR kits I mentioned and you need to know your NHS number if you do it this way, otherwise it's easy, and cheap.
Get yerself some HippoRamps (TM)Did an oil service on dottirs focus this morning. Its got minimal ground clearance, tyres are too wide for me old ramps, me home made plank technology ramps are not quite enough height so it was an awkward job. I kept getting me bod stuck on the underside to get at the filter which is at the rear of the engine and above the drive shafts. Luckily the filter was not put on by a gorilla and it came off by hand - just as it should. Gonna have to add another plank to the home made ramps to thicken them up for next service. What I have wanted all my (working on cars) life is a pit in me garage. All cars should, by law, have the same ground clearance as a tratter . No need for ramps or pits or HippoRamps.Get yerself some HippoRamps (TM)
Don't know if I've asked this afore, but why do you not use axle stands?Did an oil service on dottirs focus this morning.
