Yes climate change is pushing temperatures so high (see Greece hottest on record, Canada 49-degrees etc. in the news) that French Piscine's are denied any heat and you must build special devices to try and get some thermal energy into them.The weather has changed so much since we first had the pool back in 2008, thanks to planetary warming or whatever. Never had such bad heating of the pool until last year, seems to be just going down hill.
