....that I thought teckernology was meant to be getting easier to deploy?
I have spent a "fun" few hours getting a new router with better WiFi capabilities than the Virgin Media piece of dog$hit with the inbuilt Wi-Fi that cannot penetrate through a cardboard box.
I turned the VM Hub into "Modem Mode" dead easy. Getting the new router to work was not so straightforward and after a good bit of research into more arcane Anglo-Saxon words & phrases finally it sprang into life.
Wi-Fi connection all over the Gaff is greatly improved. :)

Heavnin' all.

Licking is now up to date.

Been out tonight with Civil Defence doing 4x4 driving training.
There were some of the volunteers that really needed it and some that spent most of the evening chatting with the others about the 4x4's we've had in the past and why ours was betterer than theirs :D It's good to talk ;)

Sounds like a great evening :)

Morning all, chilly but pleasant out. Have a good un :)
That's exactly how ours is, too. :)
Today, I have to set about sorting out my large shed as I need to find room for all the things I have spent the last two days clearing out of a storage unit I have just terminated the contract on. I came round to thinking that paying £66.00 a month to store accumulated 'rubbish' was a waste of funds.:)
Enjoy your day, folks. :)
UPDATE
The sun's just come out!
