Which won't be longI will have to ask when we get to that stage
Ducks setting up homeIt does look very nice buuuuuuuut, when you look out of the window how can you tell if it is raining?
Yeah I do apologise.
(But if you can't let off steam to your mates who can you let it off too?)
Perhaps I should move more permanently to the "what grinds my gears..." thread.
Mornin all!
We are going to have to stay in for the next 3 or four working days as deliveries are expected.
Just discovered how much Wifey has spent on dog treats for the next three months. If I tell you it is well over €100!. (Well we do have 3 of them).
"don't worry, I'll pay for them" she sez.
Wish she spent that on treats for me.
But then I don't want to lie on the floor for hours chewing a pig's ear!
She has remonstrated that she has recently bought me shoes and trews, and she does buy me hundreds of books. so not complaining really!
Does everyone spoil their dogs like this?
Boris and vertical jogging? Wifey has just informed me this means sex, I must be naïve, didn't know that!
Sunny all day today we hope so a day on the machines cutting back 600 sq metres of weeds. Whooppee do. But at least the place will look normal then.
Have a lovely day folks and @kevstar hope your doggy is feeling better!
My patio is refurbished.
I doesn't look half-bad (IMHO). It is still wet in places.
We will leave it to cure-off till tomorrow PM, then put all the furniture and plants back.

I got the impression from a visit to Big Pit that it was the companionship down the mines that was the best thing about the job.I quite enjoyed most of it, except working in the wet, then again I drive a Land Rover-)

Luckily I have hung on to my old mobile so that in an emergency I can just dial a number.
Maybe I am beginning to find out why the shop had my phone in stock!
I think I'll stop posting about this thing as it is getting on everyone's wick as much as it is on mine!
