Is it possible to put some cover over the leaking area temporarily? I appreciate that a roof isn't the easiest place to get to though.Chucking it down here ...

He has others lined up to view it, mine will sell it is just we will have to give up the one we want if we end up in a chain of more than 2. That was the reason we got the one we offered on as we only had our buyer and the new property. What does your EA say about the break?
It was under offer very quickly last time so I have no doubts that it will go again just as quickly. The house sale/buying thing is a total nightmare but don't let it get to you even though you were hoping for a quick sale.He has others lined up to view it, mine will sell it is just we will have to give up the one we want if we end up in a chain of more than 2. There are other reasons (that I won't put on a forum) why we need to move quickly. In a nutshell, if we haven't moved by October, it will no longer be advisable to move.It was under offer very quickly last time so I have no doubts that it will go again just as quickly. Talk to your agent and ask them to only take firm offers from someone who is able to move within two months. It is up to the agent then to sift out the viewers and their situations. It might mean that even after having had an offer made on it, the agent will not take it off the market. This does NOT mean gazumping in price, it is the way the agent is working to get you the best buyer within the time constraints. There are other reasons (that I won't put on a forum) why we need to move quickly.
