Kin hell I'd condemn the whole structure until its fully inspected and a Scaff Tag fitted signed and dated to prove its ben checked.

Indeed, we have been looking at news papers and other things too just to get a 'feel' for the area. I know I don't normally like modern things but I have to say, this is a lot better than driving around!

Now it is getting all a bit real, we are changing our criteria a little. Also, as ours may fetch about £25k more than we thought, we can up the budget a bit too

Well thats it down tools for the day, been rather cool with sunny spells. To be honest our weather seems to be a month behind at the moment.

Be aware that the two 'clusters' south of the Brecon Beacons are the old mining areas and these can come with their own problems.
