Cheers, a chap called John Mills has a youtube channel called DoubleBoost he made it for me. I designed it with the help of my daughter and he altered the font so it would cut on a plamsa tableSpankin job MOL. Love the logo

... that the Voltarol has worked its magic and my knee feels ok now
I suspect the 3 consecutive sets of exercises all involving a squatting action are what did the damage and made the knee go a bit hinky.
I will lay off any heavy stuff for a day or two in order to give it the best chance of sorting itself out.
