Don't look much like ours.
Ours is analogue, easily fixable, and cost £20 from an auction. Dates back to the seventies we think.
Still works brill!
But yours looks very nice.
Wot are those white fings on the tray, (is it a tray? It's where the tray is on ours).
:):):)
thats one from the 70s/80s.. not mine :) they're buttons, probably for things like on/off/manual etc

Ours must be even older then!
I'll se if I can find a pic.
You know me!
Old Skool rools!
Same as this

Only on ours both lights work cos i fixed 'em!!
And the tray looks out of proportion prolly cos of the lens on the camera!

Ta muchly, after all the hints I dropped about tools making good presents, I never got so much as a screwdriver. Ah well, back to buying them myself.

You poor sod!
My family just ask what tools i would like and i give them the catalogue numbers!:D:D:D
What do they give you? Pans? Vacuum cleaner? bottles of spirits?
clothes? (My wife's speciality)

I got a new chair for me home office, tbh, I did need one. A new 4K fire stick off the mil, I don't know why cos I already have one but I've plugged it into my office PC monitor and it works ok, some booze, a new pair of Bluetooth headphones and some art stuff. Apparently some stuff is on its way curtesy of Amazon. What I desperately needed was some pliers cos I can't find any of mine.

My Stanley stud and pipe finder wot i bought a few years back and have used about 3 times, cos it is cr@p, gave up the ghost about 2 weeks ago. ~New batt, nuffin, meter check for continuity, nuffin so I angrily threw it in the blak bin and it's gone.
I now need to find studs and the usual bright torch light and magnet technique is only partially working and nowhere near where i need to cut a piece of plasterboard out to extend a CH pipe.:mad::mad::mad:
So I am looking at getting another one.
Typically a really old reliable one I have, is in France. And they seem so much more expensive than they were when i last looked.
Don't want to just blindly poke holes in me wall till I hit a stud.
Not happy.:(:(:(

Where's your sense of adventure? :)
:D:D:D
I think i might have to rediscover it!
all the nearest DIY places Screwfix et al, want at least £33 for one,:rolleyes:
one line you can get em for about £8 plus carriage.
Fing is, can it wait?
Or more to the point, can Wifey wait:eek::eek::eek:!
I think I might be losing the accuracy of my hearing gear as the usual tap and listen isn't working either and the nails i have found don't all seem to comply with the 16" rule, although some do. and this is in the middle of a wall, not near one end.
Tis puzzling, or annoying, or a PITA.:mad::mad:
Think the Swedes who built the place may not have heard of 16".:(
