I just love the enthusiasm of yoof!
and the idea that anything after the 1970s is "retro"
Keep posting mate, you are cheering me up!:):):):):)
Not everything is retro some of it is total rubbish but a series 3 for me seems the last really old gen land rover, don't get me wrong a defender is lovely but for me if I was buying a defender I would buy like a 2014 one if I want a old land rover I would buy a series 3

Sorry I keep forgetting we aren't on Anything Goes where mickey taking goes on all the time!
At my age, anything after the 70s/80s is recent.
The world of Landies needs young peeps like you taking an interest in them!:):):)

Hell yes they look bad ass 42" an a 5" lift haha its a fair height, not sure how it would be on the road.
It might be all over the place then id change them.

Found a rotten v8 disco with a good engine ;)
Trust you!
What's it got in it, (the landy with the knobbly tyres i mean)
And I thort you steered clear of V8s?
Can't trust my memory.;):(

Tbh I'm the other way I stay clear of diesels I admit the v8 is abit generic but a fantastic engine and it has the rover v8 one of the greatest engines ever

The nearest fuel station from us is 15 miles all B roads 30/40 mph limits not practical at all, it has to derv.
How can you steer clear of diesels when you dont have a licence.
