Yes, until it expires and then you have to get the 'Boris special'.

It was in my lost wallet:mad: mind I think it ran out 10yrs ago:D. I was only asking what was so special about it.

You might be better using Preparation H or Germaline :D:D

Sounds like a good job I have signed up and paid up to the BG health then;).

Get the handbook out, is what I say!!!!!!!!!!!:)
This is the bit that made me believe I could play a USB memory stick.

PORTABLE AUDIO INTERFACE

Located in the centre console cubby box is an

interface to allow the connection of a variety of

portable audio devices, including iPods, to the

vehicle’s audio system.

Note: Most devices connected to the iPod and

USB ports will be charged but devices that are

fully discharged will not play.

If an iPod or mass storage device is connected

to the interface, you can use the touch-screen

to operate and search the device. Many of the

controls are similar to those available for CD

play.

The devices that you can connect to the

portable audio interface include:

• USB mass storage devices, for example

memory stick.

• iPod.

Note: The portable audio interface supports all

iPod generations including iPod Photo and

iPod Nano. However, iPod Shuffle is not

supported via this interface. See See

PORTABLE AUDIO INTERFACE (page 322).

Note: The audio system will play MP3, WMA,

WAV and AAC files.

I've got a vast amount of classical CDs and would like to put some of them onto a USB stick so that I can play the music in the car without have to use the original cds - is this possible to do?
I too would like to know this.
I have a lot of vinyl discs which, in the old days, I'd put onto cassette, but since CDs came along I just bought them, as the sound "information" you get is so much fuller than with MP3 files. But I would assume that if you somehow downloaded the info from the CDs onto a pooter and tried to move that onto a USB, you may lose a lot, if you put them into MP3 files.
I really am an ignoramus on all of this. :rolleyes:Which is why I am watching this with baited breath!:)
Do you not have a CD player in your posh Disco 4 then?

And while we are on this, does anyone have a nice design of shock absorbing mount for a CD player? as the one in my Disco 2 does tend to make the odd disc jump/skip from time to time.:(

(Think maybe this needs its own fred!)

:):):) so that's the first hurdle safely negotiated.
Now, back to the next problem ie. How to I get the music off the cd and onto the memory stick?
I'm off to wash my hair and have a think - might be gone some time as thinking is not my best trick!:)

@Shimsteriom has a few spare days before he’s back at work. Put the cds in the post & he can help you ;)
( or give you a good guide or utube video to watch how to)

Yes, there is a cd/dvd player in the car but I was trying to avoid fiddling with the disc when on a long journey, so I thought of putting more than one cd onto a memory stick and just let that play until it gets fed up or I do.:)
