Nay, he don't use that in winter - cost too much - he puts things outside in the frost cheap you see.@derwendolly i think he may be in the fridge

The one it would be replacing is exactly that, an older Dewalt batt driven.
Can see why you are hanging on to it!
Will just have to take it apart and replace the bearing.
Cuts OK but I am just about to cut my new worktop down from 900 mm to 700mm, plus trimming the two ends as the angles will need to be just off 90 degrees. so I'd like it to be right on the ticket.
Have you got loads of batts and a charger? I got some recently off the bay, they were half the price of the original. and they fit the charger fine too.
You are twice blessed my friend!
One mans rubbish is another mans ......
Could probably have got a £5 for it at a car boot sale! If you left it in that old white lancer you would have increased its value
Movie time...
Guardians of the Galaxy is showing tonight.
Just downed a sticky toffee pud with custard ,stuffed.

I think we'd all appreciate a thread on how to bring batteries back to life, I've heard of doing it other ways and even paid for a stupid little guide which turned out to be rubbish.Sorry matey, if you were closer you could have just borrowed it or anything else
I got 4 batteries & 1 charger but del has 2 chargers, & a full set of dewalt tools including a
radio lol
Two of his batteries packed in before Christmas so he is down to 3, apparently you can link
dead batteries to boost the charge an bring them back to life ?? I used to do it with car batteries
years ago which worked, probably best to try it outside.
Pics of the strip down of the saw & worktop are required as its the thread rules.
Was it switched on at the time? Allegedly it IS possible to dry one out, I found it on the internet one day. can't think why I looked for it.Oh, spleen vent.
Guess whose dippy SWMBO put her phone in with the laundry an then rang me, at work, twenty bloody miles away, coz she couldn't get the washing machine to stop and drain?
Same one as had extracted same phone by the time I got home but didn't think to tell me en route! Fer effin Jeff's feffin effs sake!
Anybody gots an unlocked (or O2) Galaxy S5 or similar to flog?
