I may have to do just that. Today the drive belt stripped 30% of its teeth and the thing is totally unusable. This is with <3 hours of "run-time".
I cannot even do simple jobs with it to "fix" the simplest problems these budget machines all have.

The last time I raised a case with PP I bought an outboard engine just serviced & working
condition.Arrived on a pallet it had new plugs done a compression test & it was low on
the top cylinder almost half what it should have been, stuck a bore scope to check the cylinder
the rings were fooked. Seller said tuff sh!t its sold now & rejected the refund.
Straight to PP raised a case they sent me labels to post it back & advised me to take it to the
local post office counter o_O
Called them an explained that it needed a pallet delivery to send
it back, they said no chance they would pay for that. I got a full refund within 24 hours & told
me to scrap the item. I kept it for a month & gave the nob every chance to come an pick it up.
I was really hoping he was brave enough. No show surprize/surprize.
Stuck it on ebay for spares or repair & got 600 quid for it. :D:D

When I look on Paypal at this transaction it tells me to try to resolve through e-Bay?
So where is the biggest clout/best-chance e-bay or PayPal I wonder?

2000 PM’s speech or Eastenders...

Id rather cut my eye lids off & stick my face in a bucket of vinegar..

Id start with ebay & raise a dispute in resolution centre this will give the seller the opportunity
to do something about it, down side is that it takes about 7-9 days iirc
If the seller doesnt respond or yous cant come to an agreement ebay steps in & makes a decision
usually buyer protection as youve got faulty goods.
You should add pictures of the faults & put an idiots description so any nugget will understand it.
