A bit of both to be honest.
I originally had a 40Mbit connection but I've never used anywhere near that capacity so I thought I'd downgrade.

My neighbour made my dinner tonight.....prawn cocktail, Spanish chicken, mince pie n ice cream

Downgrading from a 40Mbit connection to 16Mbits has made no difference to me browsing experience in any way at all..... money well saved
