Well, that was interesting and I've just resigned
When I quit my IT job it was with the intention of finding a job that I actually enjoy and I have not enjoyed a single moment over the past 11hr shift, so when the boss arrived in I had a quick chat and explained that the job wasn't for me. He was very understanding and thanked me for letting his know so quickly.
So, back to the drawing board (again)
I hope so. I didn't seem to do too good a job on the Hoover in Frogland!
Still don't go to full power and gives off a burning smell, but luckily we don't use it hardly. Whole motor space still has a lot of plaster in it, but the nut on the end of the armature is proving impossible to undo as I cannot figure out a way to hold the rest of the armature, without doing damage. I'm sure they make it like this on purpose.

Dunno what's wrong with tother one. Wifey just said it kept stopping so she'd unplug it and plug it in again, and it would start again.
Will only have an idea once I strip it down as it isn't the fuse!

Well turned up at collection point 10mins to late
Was told where to park for the night so off I went. Well when I saw lots of caravans & pickups all down the side of the road I turned round fast. I don’t think my diesel would have been there in the morning.
Plus I now get another lie in tommorow.
