Fur nuff!I agree that the ISO9001 accreditation is totally useless but someone at my employers managed to convince the owners that it would be beneficial and have new clients beating the door down.
Guess what... no new customers have come to us just because we've got the accreditation.
I don't want to work in any IT job anymore so the idea of becoming an IT Auditor doesn't appeal to me at all.
Bit like me, if I wanted to earn more dosh, to pay for little pleasures like yet another Disco, I could do supply. Got offered a 7 week contract full time. My teeth curled so much I couldn't talk for a week!
So do hope you find summat. Middle step-daughter has been looking for a while now and has finally got two offers. Work is out there but she isn't looking outside of her field. So I realise it is doubly hard for you. And I can't help feeling that with a population of only 84K odd, it must be even tougher to find work.
Really do hope you find something soon. (crossed fingers Emoji!)

Not a bad day here.
Went to bed before 10PM last night so by 8 I was thinking "had enough of this!".
Chores done, coffee made and here I am.
Not sure that the Gym will be allowed to open after Thursday so I'd best enjoy Monday & Weds sessions next week at least.

We are getting high winds today the rain has stopped, im off out to take all the tools n cr@p
out the disco so the dog can get in. Not staying in today going to bugger off somewhere for
a change of scenery.

So, that was the weekend... I really do think that they need to be a bit longer.

Finally emptied both cars. 22 boxes, or 132 bottles, of wine and Champagne the chancellor will not get his mucky paws on. After the B word this would cost us £211 in duty.

One of my son's (35YO) contacted me today to say....
"Hey Dad, WE just bought a table. Wifey went up there to collect it and.... it won't fit in her car, it is 6 foot long and the rear door won't shut, can you go grab it for us?".
"NO says I. You bought it, your problem, won't fit in a rangie with the rear shut either; why should I empty out my boot, and fäck about dropping all my seats and drive around with my rear tailgate all "bungied-up" just to save you trouble?; that's what you can do just as easily".
Harrumph..... grumpy responses...like I am being unreasonable. FFS...I didn't buy a table from a company that doesn't effing deliver they did.
WTF is it with kids....don't they ever grow up/Man-up?
