Too late for me to get all the connotations on this one!I thought she went to France with you.
We do, as many of you know, about 8 miles north of it. And we never go there! Thanks man

I'd love to live by the sea too..

Was so chuffed to be there when married to first wife and moved to Poole.
But after you've done the coastal walks and had a bit of time to get fed up with the grockles It starts to pall.
And we don't own a boat which would, I admit, make a big difference. So (2nd) wifey and I spend far more time in the countryside, with the dogs. Luckily there is plenty of that too, so no need to fret.
But others love it and good for them!
Our extra Friday off is the Manx bank holiday from Senior Race Day that we had stolen from us back in June because the TT Races were cancelled.Ok, I give up, why a 4 day weekend?
August bank holiday, I get that but where does tother come from?(obvs in France and retired it doesn't affect us, so just interested!)
