Would someone please explain to Zoe Ball that the art of interviewing somebody is to let them speak, not just rabbit over them all the time!!!!!

Morning All
There's a gentle rain falling, not enough to warrant a coat/jacket, but it is damp out.
Papers got, bins put out, dishes away, cat puke cleared.
1st Coffee is going down a treat.
I must have inadvertently swallowed a child's toy. A Yo-Yo.
My weight keeps fluctuating up & down. Has been 12-4, but is today 12-6.
