Tis now
I think that is exactly how I would describe ours. There isn't really any rain but it certainly has a dampness around, it 'asn't stopped the little 'un from going out though. Our 'guests did not make a return visit, I expect the farmer has but them on strict lockdown, after all who would like to lose their lovingly prepared Christmas dinner? The woodpeckers are noticeable by their absence this morning, too, much to the delight of all the little birds.Morning Everyone
Very grey and slightly damp today but at least it's cooler, which is nice.
Notice what? That it has been too bloody hot?@Turboman
What a waste of time that was! Call yourself a canal man? And you didn't even notice. Same goes for NB.
Ah well, keep looking, it's not that far away.Notice what? That it has been too bloody hot?
Been doing 97 locks in the last few weeks, not much energy for other things.
Unless it is very near Northampton Washlands, I doubt if I will see it.Ah well, keep looking, it's not that far away.
A little clue ' a-a-a- '
After that I give up.
No, you won't find it there. I do believe from your previous experience it might have been 'there'.Unless it is very near Northampton Washlands, I doubt if I will see it.
That's my trick and I've got the monopoly on it.Morning.
Loving the lack of flys/bugs cyclist & joggers.
Been raining since 04.00hrs. I know this as someone forgot to fully close the sunroof last night
That's my trick and I've got the monopoly on it.
Are you trying to transfer to home?Hmmm, it seems I was not alone in requesting a transfer. My boss is puzzled
And by then you will be a shadow of your former self!Morning All
I slept the sleep of the dead till about 4AM then lay awake for 2 hours.
Aching all over from yesterday, but pleased with the progress.
Off we go again today and I expect to have all 4 walls up and the floor in and roof on.
