Just had the post-treadmill shower after a suitable "cool-down" period.
Got on the bathroom scales to be greeted with positive news.
For the first time in about 17 years I am under 13Stone (just! @ 12-13-8).
To say that I am chuffed is an understatement.
only 1-13-8 to go.
