Cool, Dim & not Raining (yet) here.
According to this here fitness tracking watch on my wrist I had 10H 36m of Sleep. Of which 2H 03m was deep sleep and the rest was light sleep.
Seems <3hrs of "deep sleep" is all I get each night (news to me).
Also says my Avg Heart Rate is 64 and 62 at rest with a max of 129 yesterday.
A lot of people say they become slaves to these gadgets for a while. But I think that is only for the seriously athletic that are trying to climb up "Online League - tables".
I just find it useful background info. :)

I tend to go to bed in the evening and get up in the morning. What happens during those times doesn't concern me lol :)
