How about a sticky type thing( or a iron on) on the side of tent that says funds raised by LZ with lz picture like you just did

Or a silk screen on tent before they get used

iron on nylon won't work as it will melt.
screen printing not likely to work- but triangular bunting flag on guy rope perhaps
 
I'll press on with my design in the mean time so long as Accy/Roy and the powers that be agree, but if one of the LZ massive who is in the printing/bunting game wants to do a limited run batch then so be it.

I'm just happy to be hooking scout group up with new tents:D

I haven't received proforma invoice for tents yet as I was told would happen in phone call.

will call tomorrow morning and chase it up, failing that there is an option of plan B

I've also had a thought, we've just bought a bigger tent and they could have this one if it's any use? It's the one we had at Eastnor last year.

Aww ... that's so lovely :) ... maybe other peeps have got useful stuff they can donate rather than let it collect dust or sell it on a boot sale for pennies :) ... Don't think we have as I think we did sell it all on bootslaes for nuffink but will have a look round tomorrow :) xxx
