Hi Folks,
as my title suggests.. but, I'm struggling to work out how to thread the actual pipes to the Autobox itself..?? very little movement of the steel pipe making it difficult to thread them through alongside (underneath) the actual engine??
Anyone else had to do this.. I know, I know... i should have a lift! (if only eh?)
Thanks,
Titch

Or failing this, what's anyone's thoughts on bypassing the oil cooler altogether.. even if it's only for a short period??
I know it's an auto, but I wouldn't be doing high/fast motorway mileage nor indeed towing heavy trailers??
Thoughts??
Thanks,
Titch

The torque convertor generates a lot of heat in slip mode, personally there is no way I would run without the cooler.

Thanks chaps! That's the way I'm going I think.. I was concerned how much 'pressure' was in the pipelines, but considered that it can't be excessive as there's rubber used anyway.. then I can still use the cooler of course and as Datatek says heat is generated of course..
But the awkwardness of getting new pipes through, let alone the undoing risk on the cooler.. makes me shudder!!
