No Rangie Boys, MikeV8SE & SuperShaun were there though. 1 punch was down the bottom of that dead end hole you drove with the big fallen tree at the bottom.
 
That is a nice I've seen it driven up several times no winch no lockers and 33 Inch tyres was a v8 coiler plenty of oomph!!!!
 
A guy tried it before me, had about 7 goes at it, ended up with the hill polished like glass. No way was anyone driving up it.

Best bet would be to buy an OS map of the area there are a few lanes between Hitchen whitewall and luton enough for a little trundle for a couple of hours any how. If you grab some o.s maps of the area I'm sure someone can loot you in the right direction and ring the council before hand as they do tend to close them periodically and that can resut if found a couple of times in you motor being crushed.

hello mate, yeah i did buy a os map the other day and did a little last sunday but just wanted to no if there was anymore and or if i could go out with a few veichles to show me some lanes.
meetting down the pub sounds good what pub isit and were isit. i drive a disco 300tdi if you could get back to me will be great cheers

Well the local ones we know pretty much whats what. I did them quite alot but less often now until I get the offroader done. bring your maps and we can show you them no problems.

I'm sure somone will be about to show you where they are. I'm a bit out of it due to working my ass off on projects and work. Pub meet usually between 5 to there has been about 30 of us.

A few of us from the essex thread are planning a green laning day this friday.
Thinking about a route which will mean we cross the border into herts :eek: (west Essex and east herts, incorporating violets lane).

Any of the herts boys or gals what to join us? We promise to leave all the bling at home.

Would be good to do a joint Essex & Herts day, but not this Friday for me I'm afraid I'm off to Thailand for 3 weeks Friday afternoon.
