I have booked time off work for wales. If anyone is going early, I am probably going to leave on Monday 25th and go to a relative in Pembrokeshire. I might spend those couple of days doing photography or might go laning if anyone is going early too.. I'm likely to leave on weds 4th may so the same applies for afterwards.

Looking forward to tomorrow. the lanes are non damaging despite what jcuk managed to do today :D He took completely the wrong line by mistake so if you are scared or in doubt at all just ask people to spot for you

Well I am back from Preston complete with 200 tdi Disco. Admittedly it needs some welding but the engine is sound chassis is good and it cost me a small fraction of what the v8 would have done to do the same journey.

Need a PAS Pump though... anyone know if it is the same as the one on the v8?

Are congrats in order then Ryder?? Sounds like a bit of a bargain!! How much do u think u need to spend to get it to a good order??

I can see the last two but not the first one (I get invalid attachment)

Dear god, where was I going in the second pic?

I was totaly stupid, I coudnt see a thing over the spare wheel and should have waited for someone to direct me through.Anyway, got a nice crease in the rear wing to teach me to be more careful next time.

I can see the last two but not the first one (I get invalid attachment)

Dear god, where was I going in the second pic?

I was totaly stupid, I coudnt see a thing over the spare wheel and should have waited for someone to direct me through.Anyway, got a nice crease in the rear wing to teach me to be more careful next time.

I need a PAS box...if anyone has one for a 300 disco! :)

spitfiremkquk says he is still sorry for denting your 109 around Bedford Lanes.

By the way spitfiremk1uk is no longer building an 88 land rover its now a space ship complete with apollo 13 insulation.

Yep. I've just had and email from Diesel to say the Hi Lift is a right off. I managed to get the front wing back into shape with swift application of a size 12 Doc Marten, but the rear wing was a bit more problematic. Both me and LandroverJack stood on the bit that was poking out and it wouldnt budge, so I'll take a look at it in the morning. I have a fine array of hammers and a tin of blue paint so it shouldnt be too problematic.

Ryder good to hear your back don't think i got a pas kicking about tho. You better get practicing with that there welder and get some repair panels from paddocks get it all sorted!
