Also it was tied to a small sapling meaning that even if you were in a 4x4 the chances were that you would lose a windscreen!

That is disgusting. Those who would deliberately seek to injure, or even kill, others to supposedly advance their cause are by definition no more than terrorists.

The police and local authority won't be able to do anything but an attempted murder headline will go down well at the local rag I am sure.

Seriously though, that's pretty terrible, luckily it's pretty visible, could have been wire.:eek:
 
Its pretty bad imagine a rider on horse back was giving the horse a run out/ feckin people. Worth a call to the local rag mabe forward the pics to the man Claiton Ray he is tasked with pepperstock RoW the council sent me his number for info on the lane.
 
Oh well today I cleaned up a rear axle to find it had a hole in it. So I have now ditched the 1990 axle and gone for an old 1977 axle thats in better nick. Some thing changed with LR the axle casings post 1990 are rubbish. Kit Kat foil would do a better job
 
We're off to whaddon tomorrow. Kai wants to drive and we haven't been pay n play for a few weeks.



If anyone is up for it we'll be on channel 6 - would be great to see some friends there!
 
Blimey was it something I said? Did you all sod off to another forum and not tell me about it? I'm getting paranoid here...

BTW getting shot of a 80" series III chassis and a bulkhead if anyone is interested... free to collector as long as you can pick up on Friday

Myself and Gibbo Phil ticked the box for camping are you staying overnight? I think Ryder is coming along in mine for a jolly too if he can make it.
