Cheers Lee. Nah git him sorted, I suspect that that it is a fuel pickup issue, probably crop in the tank. He seems to drive smoothly then suffers from starvation. It has a new webber and what looks like a new fuel pump. Need to try look in the tank. That's the problem with those external filler tanks

Talk to Andy I know he has one that the roof is a bit dented.

I think the rear panel is straight it was on ebay and the buyer never collected it with a straight roof panel it would be alright.


That 88 will make a nice little trials/greenlane motor
 
Anyone near hemel who could help me set set up my CB I've put in the disco...I need to set the modulation and put a swr meter on it

Any joy with a fuel cap?

Just need to sort out what the fuelling issue is then she'll be alright
 
No luck with the fuel cap,

Spitfiremk1uk is Andys forum name I'll see him tomorrow as we're heading up to see this Megasquirt open day in Peterborough so I'm guessing he'll have a fully waterproofed engine for the nationals!
