Here she is my new Range Rover P38 DSE

Spent the last 2 days cleaning it inside and out and took some pics today and shes looking great, what exactly is this color ? its a metalic green and in different lights looks all sorts of shades of color from greens to grey to a goldey bronze color, i love it !!!!

land rover safari 5000 spot lamps
ajustable tow bar
full brown leather interior, no heavy wear
air con
cruise control (working)
remote cenrel locking ,alarm,imobiliser, all working
no sag in head lining
original range rover rubber floor mats
superb condition throughout and no dings or dents or scratches
all electrics work
fully working air suspension with not very old replaced air bags

think im going to fall in love with her !!!

Cool... I have only one downside on the look!!! And that is fuel filler cover! Just set it up in the line that goes around the car and then it will be just perfect!!!

Nice ride dude.....good catch.

As for the colour, lift the bonnet, and on the slam panel will be a Land Rover Data Plate....on there will be a colour code....then look on the 'Google' for Land Rover Paint Codes....

My DSE is Appalachian Green Metallic apparently...!!!!

Looks really nice, I got mine last week!! I'm starting to get anal about it

I also got my aircon working today!! It's colder than a 3 day tundra stuck Eskimo who lost her knickers in an avalanche!!
It measured 3 deg C !! at the central vents. It'll be worth getting yours done for the winter

thanks guys, il check the data plate tomorrow when i check and top up all fluids, i do love the color and very happy with it so far

the air con is only thing that doesnt work, but why would i need it for winter ?

, how much more fuel does it use ?

i want to get it working at some point so everything is sorted, he said it needs a new condenser ? but how can i be certain ? how much are they and how easy/hard to fit ? is it a home or garage/pro job ?

only other things i need to do is the rear ash tyray doesnt close and the lights on the window switches etc console bit dont work, bulbs ? and could do with a better external screen pillar trim bit on drivers side

Air con costs hardly any more fuel in the big scheme of things, Range Rovers being big glassy boxes love to steam up in the winter - air con stops this happening.

The discs you have generally cost 2-3 times the stock pattern plain ones. "Green Stuff" pads have a really nice feel and work well from cold but do wear quite quickly - especially with the type of disc you have.

thats a stunning looking motor you got there, one small observation though. the drilled and grooved discs are on the wrong side from your picture, the grooves should flow in the direction of rotation.

thanks lads, shes a beauty alright, the condition is superb for the year, not only the outside but even little bits like all the plastic trim cover bits and clips are all good, and no cracks or damage on bits

with the discs then, is that something i should be worried about or seek to change ? can they be turned round or swpped or whatever ?
