Help regarding seat box

Hi, can anyone tell me if a 300tdi seatbox will fit into a 200tdi without any problems. Not sure if its a straight swop or not current one has rotted through in usual places and I've been offered a good one from a later 90. Any advice would be much appreciated. Ta very much.

your centre tunnel is different so wont fit it and so are the floor pans

If I got a 300 tunnel would that sort out issue? Or maybe it would be easier to take front panels off seatbox & put 200 onto the new one???
