Done that went from low to high a couple of times they changed from 100 to 0 and back up again a couple of times no problems

That’s what I was thinking just still wondering why left is hot but right stays cold as posted before blend motors are all new
 
If you can catch sight of the motor then you might see the manual lever as it moves.
Failing that take the motor off, operate the flap by hands to see if the flap actually moves. You'll hear it thunk if so.
While it's dangling, turn the ignition on, see if the motor moves, you might need to adjust the temp.
Don't let it move much or you'll need to clear the fault
 
If the diagnostics show the value going from zero to 100, the the final stage gear is turning as that is what drives the potentiometer gear as can be seen in the photo. so if the blend flap is not moving, either the plastic drive shaft on the final gear has sheared or the keyway into which it fits has rounded off so there is no drive for the flap. It's also possible that the flap itself has broken off.
