headlights on defender 90 failed help.

can anyone help. my head lights have just failed. lights work on hi beam if i pull back to flash lights but nothing on low beam.i have checked fuses and have power to light switch.side lights come on with switch in first on position and go off if put in second position.

check the coonector block on the back of the ignition switch and check the light switch but basically the connector at the back of the ignition switch is usual culprit

.... or the connectors behind the lights. Usually to be found tucked intae the corner of the drivers side wing

thanks to all who posted lights now working pushed and pulled all conectors and lights now work.
