I did ask Repsol. (well, atleast Repsol distributors where I live :) )
Thing is I don't know if they make this or if the Repsol distributors over here distribute other brands as-well because they told me that they do not have 1Ltr bottles but 10Ltr bottle of the stuff and they will send me 2.5/3Ltrs of the stuff
After inquiring I found out that Repsol does not make MTF94! I am trying to confirm this :)

After around 40 miles or so, the gearbox on my Discovery TD5 was tightening up. Dropped the gearbox oil, and filled with MTF94. That was a few weeks ago, and now it's perfect.

a very intresting thread, has anyone used the following oil?
http://www.sovereign-omega.co.uk/Datasheets/Omega690-1.pdf

A friend has used this and says it is a fantastic oil, so i have got some off him to try any comments or thoughts?

Not Me :)
Its not an oil for a discos manual gearbox, as for the rest of the transmission I use any well known brand that meets GL4 spec, at the moment I'm using an oil in the transfer box and diffs that meets both the GL4 and 5 spec.

Not had Disco long, so thought change all the oils.
Found that gearbox was filled with ATF, which was stinky n horrible. No metal bits came out - just swarf on the drain plug magnet.
Replaced gearbox oil with MTF94 bought on famous auction site (MTF 94 MANUAL TRANSMISSION GEARBOX OIL FOR ROVER, LANDROVER, MINI, HONDA 5 LTR | eBay)

Took for a test drive - all good, better gear change. Or so I thought...

Next morning, from cold - almost impossible to get 2nd and 4th on a moving vehicle. 2nd being the worst. What a shock when this happened first time!
OK when stationary with engine running. The only way to get round that is to drive very carefully matching speed and RPM and double clutching until the box warms up.
Like syncro not working.

Problem disappears completely after a mile or so of driving, only to return the following morning.

Any idea why this happened? Poor MTF quality? Go back to ATF?

Any ideas and opinions welcome!

I have just put ValvolineSYNpower 75-80w GL-4 Fully synthetic under £25 for 3L. Old oil was unknown but came out honey color and very runny. Gear change was notchy as soon as it was hot, pretty bad especially getting 2nd going down. Also a good loud whine that was getting louder. Now it is very quiet and it changes gear smoothly every time unless you try changing like a F1 driver then it is slightly notchy. Happy Man.
